The inside living area is furnished to a very high standard of luxury
incorporating comfortable leather sofas; 40" retractable satellite
LCD TV; state-of-the art BOSE WAVE entertainment system for DVD and CD's
along with a comprehensive library of films, music and games.
The fully equipped bar area, which also serves the cockpit and formal
dining area, allows guests to relax and enjoy fine food and wine in space
and comfort.
The navigation station is sure to be of interest to sailing enthusiasts
with it's colour display of radar, chart plotting, and boat performance
information. Here too the satellite communication system will be found
as well as a computer for emails and internet access.
Zingara has been designed to meet the exacting requirements of her owner
in terms of space, luxury and style and no expense has been spared in achieving
these objectives.
Four queen sized guest cabins, one of which easily converts to a twin, together
with a magnificent owner's stateroom, accommodate 10 guests in extreme comfort.
All guest cabins have en suite bathrooms, separate shower and push button
toilets. All, too, have queen-size beds which, unusually, are at floor
level and can be easily accessed from either side.
Silk bed covers and cushions; thick-pile fitted carpets; leather and
fine wood veneers create a luxurious ambiance that is further enhanced
by finest quality monogrammed bath robes and towels. The amenities in
each guest cabin are those you would expect from five star accommodation
and include individually controlled air-conditioning; entertainment center
with DVD, CD and Play Station II as well as LCD satellite TV; hair dryers
and dual-voltage power sockets (UK and US systems) for your personal electrical
items.
OWNERS STATEROOM
The magnificent owner's stateroom, has all the luxury and amenities of
the guest cabins but in addition enjoys a king-size bed; separate seating
area; large marble-clad bathroom complete with Jacuzzi spa bath and separate
shower; walk-in wardrobe for personal effects; BOSE entertainment system
and panoramic views from windows spanning the entire width of the yacht.
As the yacht is sailed entirely from the fly bridge the spacious cockpit
is exclusively reserved for the entertainment and comfort of guests. Its
facilities include an on deck Jacuzzi large areas of cushioned seating.
Large and stable steps lead to swimming platforms at the rear of each
hull and between the hulls forward, the dingy dock allows easy and safe
access to Zingara's large and comfortable tender.

Neil

Neil and Karen
Neil is from the North West of England. He started 'messing about on
boats' at a very early age. Sailing and fishing on his family's classic
yacht in the Irish Sea. He currently holds a MCA. Master 200gt. Ocean
Unlimited CoC. Neil honed his seamanship skills working commercial fishing
vessel in waters around the UK, attaining skills that has served him well
for the contemporary yachting industry. Although schooled and worked as
a quantity surveyor he has never been far from the water. Neil is quite
athletic; he has run 13 marathons, raced motor bikes at an expert level,
climbs frozen waterfalls for fun, and plays rugby, soccer and squash.
Neil has sailed all over the Caribbean and has a proven track record skippering
successful charter yachts. His enthusiasm for the sea is contagious, and
will guarantee his guests a vacation experience they will never forget.
Karen is from Toronto Canada. She has strong roots to the Maritime Provinces.
Her professional back ground is in the medical field, but her first love
is cooking and the sea. She has sailed with Neil for the past 24 years.
Karen attained her culinary skills working in fine dining restaurants
as well as graduating from the culinary campus of Mohawk College in Ontario.
When not in the galley she enjoys wakeboarding, hiking, cycling, soccer
and all water sports.

Coleen and Peter Leube
Peter has followed varied and exciting professions
ranging from salvage diving on the African Coast to cattle and game
farming in Zimbabwe. For the past 4 years he has been involved with
the BVI Charter industry where he has earned the reputation of being
a very popular and friendly Charter Captain. He has extensive sailing
experience together with 6 Ocean crossings and more than 100,000
sea miles and holds a RYA Yacht Master Ocean Certificate. Your safety
will be in good hands. Peter is also a Scuba PADI diving Instructor
and takes pleasure in showing his guests the fabulous dive sites
that he has found in the Caribbean. He is the perfect charter Captain
to take you on your next unique and unforgettable vacation!
Colleen was born in Rhodesia and has traveled and lived throughout
Africa, Europe and even Las Vegas! Before marrying Peter, she worked
in the travel, airline, hotel, restaurant, tourism and car hire
industries. Her motto that "strangers are just friends we have
not met" demonstrates her likable and outgoing personality.
From an early age, she took a keen interest in cooking and her experience
in restaurants and on succesful charter yachts has refined her inventive
gourmet talents. She has also trained at the Chez Gourmet School
of Cooking and loves to adapt to the personal preferences of her
guests which makes her a warm and welcoming host.
